Le mardi 25 février l’Institut Afrika a organisé une conférence internationale sur le thème “Attraction de la confédération des Etats du Sahel et affirmation des souverainetés africaines” lors de laquelle je suis intervenu sur la politique de grands projets. Mon intervention a suivi celle du député de la France insoumise, Aurélien Taché, qui a tenu un discours creux rempli de généralités sur les relations entre la France et l’Afrique. A vous de juger !
