Chers Compatriotes, camarades résistants combattants, Dear compatriots, resistant comrades fighters,

Depuis quelques jours la situation politique et sécuritaire qui prévaut dans notre pays en général et particulièrement dans la région du Sud Kivu, préoccupe profondément le Conseil National de la Résistance Congolaise. In recent days, the political and security situation prevailing in our country in general and particularly in the region of South Kivu, deeply preoccupies the National Council of the Congolese Resistance.

Comme vous le savez certainement, une kyrielle des mouvements d’auto défense « Mai Maï » du Sud Kivu constitué en une coalition Nationale du Peuple pour la souveraineté du Congo, CNPSC en sigle, piloté par le camarade Général William Yakutumba, transfuge des FARDC depuis 2007, ce brave officier supérieur a lancé une offensive depuis UVIRA, contre le régime génocidaire, illégitime et illégal que dirige le sujet rwandais au Congo qui se fait faussement appeler « Joseph Kabila » de son vrai nom Hyppolite Kanambe. Malheureusement, force est de constater que cette lancée des hostilités a connu une riposte de la MONUSCO, pourtant sensée être une force neutre de maintien de la paix. Le CNRC se refuse d’admettre le qualificatif rebelle aux forces qui combattent un pouvoir d’occupation. NRC refuses to admit the rebellious qualifier to forces fighting a power of occupation. En tout état de cause, le CNRC, soutient et continue à soutenir tout patriote au groupe des patriotes congolais de souche, résolus et déterminés à faire échec à ce pouvoir inique qui a plongé notre pays dans des profondeurs abyssales. Le CNRC condamne avec la dernière énergie l’acte ignominieux de la MONUSCO, qui vient de démontrer une fois de plus sa partialité avérée en se positionnant du côté d’un pouvoir décrié et vomi totalement par le peuple. En 20 ans de présence au Congo, doté d’un budget pour le moins conséquent soit un milliard de dollars annuels, les 17 000 casques bleus et son personnel civil se la coulent douce, au moment où le Congo est transformé en vaste nécropole à ciel ouvert par un pouvoir sans foi ni loi. Au vu de ce qui précède, le CNRC opte pour une position ferme : il exige le départ de la MONUSCO de notre territoire sans aucune autre forme de procès. Il demande à notre peuple d’être solidaire avec les forces qui combattent sur terrain contre l’occupant, d’apporter en substance un soutien matériel et/ou moral, car cette guerre disait le défunt Président Laurent Désiré Kabila sera longue et populaire, elle doit impérativement retourner là où elle est venue, c’est-à-dire au Rwanda.
