The African Union – is something new emerging?

The African Union – is something new emerging ?

The 28th African Union Summit held recently in Ethiopia, was entitled -`Harnessing the Demographic Dividend through Investments in Youth`.

That is a strange way of saying invest in the younger generation as they are the future. Harnessing the demographic dividend makes it sound like every young African has a commodity value at unit cost. Does this strange new phrasing and the intense focus on the continent`s young people indicate something new within the AU?

2016 was the year that the Africa Venture began . It was introduced  the previous year in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, during the AGM of the African Development Bank as part of a Young Leaders event entitled : African Leadership : A Generational Dialogue.

The Africa Venture is a leadership programme that recruits citizens from within government, the private sector and NGOs.

Young African future leaders are now being selected from a repository of graduates of the Emerging Leaders Programme. The Africa Venture oversees the selection. Therefore one could say that the Africa Venture grooms young Africans for the continent`s  future leadership.

According to the African Development Bank Group  :

“The Africa of today is largely led by a generation that has been in power for a long time. Yet there is a new generation of proven leaders ready to take on the daunting task of shaping Africa’s future. These leaders are also the ones inspiring the youth of today and the generation that will assume leadership tomorrow.

The Emerging Leaders Programme will be run by Common Purpose, a UK-based leadership facility, in association with Club of Madrid, which is involved in the promotion of democracy.”

According to The Africa Venture :

The programme enables the transfer of knowledge, know-how and inspiration across the generations, involving some of the most inspiring leaders in the world today. It creates a new generation of African leaders who have the Cultural Intelligence to work fluidly and flexibly across the continent, who have the analytical and creative skills to use diversity to spark innovation, and who have extraordinarily broad African networks.”

Cultural Intelligence is a passport to doing business in Africa.” – according to Common Purpose.

The Africa Venture is run by Common Purpose in partnership with the World Leadership Alliance – Club de Madrid.Common Purpose established itself in Africa in 2000.

According to the late Sir James Mancham, former President of the Republic of Seychelles, and Member of the World Leadership Alliance – Club de Madrid :

“Africa must find its own solutions to its own problems in an authentic manner, and that is where new leadership is necessary – a leadership which is ingrained with passion and love of Africa, and a desire to give Africans the dignity which they deserve.”

The following excerpt is from the Constitutive Act of the African Union :

Guided by our common vision of a united and strong Africa and by the need to build a partnership between governments and all segments of civil society, in particular women, youth and the private sector, in order to strengthen solidarity and cohesion among our peoples…”

There is clearly a `common thread` betwwen the African Union`s vision of future partnerships and those of the Africa Venture which is run by Common Purpose.

The late Sir James Mancham was correct in saying “Africa must find its own solutions to its own problems.”But if the Africa Venture is selecting new African leadership and re-training them in cultural intelligence to lead beyond authority in the pursuit of doing business then is it not obvious that the role of the Africa Venture is to control  future leadership ?

What exactly is Common Purpose and is it possibly a new soft power tool? Is it connected to Westminster and the City of London banking institutions? Is this new neo-colonialism in Africa?

Common Purpose is a charity based in Britain funded by tax payer money and the following well known financial cabal from the City of London and Wall Street:

Goldman Sachs Bank ; JP Morgan Bank ; UBS Bank ; Deutsche Bank ; Rothschild Bank ; Morgan Stanley Bank ; Price Waterhouse and others.

The following is from a British media source who have independently investigated Common Purpose, its role and intentions :

“Common Purpose (CP) is a Charity, based in Great Britain, which creates ‘Future Leaders’ of society. CP selects individuals and ‘trains’ them to learn how society works, who ‘pulls the levers of power’ and how CP ‘graduates’ can use this knowledge to lead ‘Outside Authority’.

But evidence shows that Common Purpose is rather more than a Charity ‘empowering’ people and communities’. In fact, CP is an elitest pro-EU political organisation helping to replace democracy in UK, and worldwide, with CP chosen ‘elite’ leaders. In truth, their hidden networks and political objectives are undermining and destroying our democratic society and are threatening ‘free will’ in adults, teenagers and children. Their work is funded by public money and big business, including international banks.

By blurring the boundaries between people, professions, public and private sectors, responsibility and accountability, CP encourages graduates to believe that as new selected leaders, CP graduates can work together, outside of the established political and social structures, to achieve this paradigm shift or CHANGE. The so called “Leading Outside Authority”. In doing so, the allegiance of the individual becomes ‘re-framed’ on CP colleagues and their NETWORK.

Common Purpose infects all mainstream political parties including the Conservatives. The diagram below shows the influence of Common Purpose to the top of the Conservative party with key figures such as David Cameron, Francis Maude and Chris Patten. The diagram also shows the incestuous CP links to Sir Bob Kerslake, Head of the Civil Service and the BBC. Francis Maude MP conspired with others to prevent the public seeing details of the contracts by which the Cabinet Office Leadership Committee, attended by Sir David Bell Common Purpose Trustee, awarded contracts to his own charity CP to train the Top 200 Civil Servants. Despite legitimate Freedom of Information requests and Maude’s boasts of Conservative transparency, the Cabinet Office is fighting to withold the information. Why? Because details will clearly show insider dealing and that Common Purpose is key to the Conservative party machinery. The Tories are now the Emperor with no clothes. Corruption, abuse of Freedom of Information rules and dirty deals with Common Purpose hidden from the public.

article – `Common Purpose in the Heart of the Conservative Party`

Common Purpose uses Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).Reframed individuals have been programmed to not think normally.

Common Purpose is a political charity using Behavioural Modification

But alongside infiltration by the political charity CP comes the wider socio political agenda of common purpose; an agenda which is being promoted by a host of different organisations and initiatives. These include Diversity Courses, Community Empowerment, Leadership, Visioning, Community Activism, Social Entrepreneurs and Disupters – in fact there is now a vast web of these ‘vehicles’ which are primarily working to promote the change agenda to destabilise our historic organised society. The turbulence of deliberately created change allows the new intended socio political agenda to be established more softly than if there was a sudden onslaught of the new politics in a quiet orderly and stable society. Alongside the common purpose ‘vehicles’ I have just mentioned comes another ‘change agent’ web using networks of Neuro Linguistic Programming NLP. Via a myriad of different consultancies boasting everything from self empowerment to powerful management change in global corporations, NLP practitioners are creating a mass of ‘reframed individuals’ with boosted belief in their own ability as change agents and leaders, and a low-empathy view of those simple individuals who are left to rely on the ‘inferior’ mind that God gave them.

Within the NLP networks the anchor of the need for ‘change’ and ‘transformation’ into a future utopian society is the common theme or purpose used to destroy people’s identity, common sense and their ability to enjoy living in the ‘now’, allbeit having to deal with the day to day ups and downs that life has always delivered. Whilst recognising that many NLP practitioners practice in their desire to help people overcome problems, the real danger comes from NLP practitioners who are now themselves changed as a result of the experiencial nature of their original NLP training – that is, they were NLP’d as part of their training. This now leads to the position whereby individuals themselves changed or reframed by NLP are changing and reframing others into mindsets which interface with the government’s own Applied Behavioural Psychology programme – a central programme of David Cameron’s Saul Alinsky based Big Society. It’s agenda? To create a docile subserviant public where the only views that are accepted are the government’s specified norms. Believing in different and speaking out will not be tolerated. Hence we return to the common purpose agenda to help install state control of the mainstream press and media as soon as possible.”

The World Leadership Alliance – Club de Madrid is a think tank that is comprised of former ministers of democratic states who `search for effective methods to provide technical advice and recommendations to transitional nations taking steps to establish democracy`. There are 13 current African members including 2 from Mozambique and 2 from Botswana. The majority of countries represented have strong links to Britain.

In view of the countries represented in the Club de Madrid it is worth considering the impact of such democracy on the nation of Libya after 2011.

The Club de Madrid says this in its Mission Statement:

Through the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid we partner with governments, inter-governmental organizations, civil society, scholars and the business world, building bridges between them and current leaders and policy makers and encouraging dialogue to foster social and political change.

Through the World Leadership Alliance-Club de Madrid we make ourselves available to address issues of national democratic government, transnational governance and collective action on issues of the global commons.

http://www.clubmadrid.org/en/about

Transnational governance is a disturbing phrase.

The Club de Madrid started in 2001. It is continuing in the tradition of other elitist clubs such as the Club de Paris, the Club of the Isles and the Club of Rome.

The Club of Rome was a think tank set up in  1968 by among others, David Rockefeller,to promote the concept of over-population and the need to promote policies of depopulation which means killing people.

This year`s chair of the African Union is held by Pres. Alpha Conde of Guinea.

Alpha Conde is a big fan of Tony Blair and his African Governance Initiative. AGI worked its way into Guinea after the economic re-structuring of Ebola effected countries. Guinea has one of the largest deposits of iron ore in the world which is being mined by Rio Tinto. Rio Tinto is a City of London corporation.

African Governance Initiative is a Common Purpose platform, a charity run by Tony Blair, which operates in Ethiopia, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria and Guinea. Recently in Guinea, the former AGI leader has been appointed the minister of economy and finance.Malado Kaba was appointed by Pres. Alpha Conde who praises Tony Blair and AGI :

The first thing that Tony Blair brings is his expertise; second, the experts who he has put at our disposal; third, he helps us see that it`s not enough just to define priorities, we need timetables to deliver them.”

Conclusion

The Club of Rome which brought to us the genocidal policies of the so-called environmental/green movement and the continued de-industrialization of African countries has been up- dated to the Alliance of the Club de Madrid. The de-industrialization of Africa will be continued under the name of Sustainable Development, COP21 and Climate Change.

The Africa Venture is the next phase of neo-colonialism – it is the re-wiring of young minds under NLP, Leading Beyond Authority and Cultural Intelligence, subversion of the state by NGO and `people power` for the sole benefit of private sector finance.
