Have the election results already been announced in the DRC? Is Shadary the new president? Western interests would consider that to be really bad news. If the Congolese voted for Shadary then according to Western interests they would have voted wrong. That is a possible reason for the media shut-down from within the DRC. Are Western interests playing for time so they can bring in Fayulu or a transitional government?
