We Have A Trump In Rwanda And Did Not Even Know It
By David Himbara
Oh my God. We have had a Donald Trump in Rwanda but did not even know it. You don’t believe me? First look at the two images above — similar expressions indeed.
But most importantly, both of them are vulgar — and proud of it. Here are some of things Trump has has said:
About his being smart: “My IQ is one of the highest — and you all know it! Please don’t feel so stupid or insecure; it’s not your fault.”
About the actor Kristen Stewart. “She cheated on him (boyfriend) like a dog & will do it again — just watch.”
About Mexicans: “They’re bringing drugs. They’re bring crime. They’re rapists…”
About African Americans: “Laziness is a trait in blacks.”
On Obama and African Americans: “Our great African-American President hasn’t exactly had a positive impact on the thugs who are so happily and openly destroying Baltimore.”
Now look at Kagame’s more recent speech delivered on April 28, 2016. In the speech, Kagame makes sure that we know the following:
- Rwandan youth are “sons of the bitches.”
- Rwandan youth’s thick heads are empty.
- Leaders of all types in Rwanda are useless because they do not challenge the “sons of the bitches.”
- Parents are useless, too, because they accept the “sons of the bitches” as they are.
Here is Kagame’s own words uttered in his April 28, 2016 remarks:
Rwandan youth, they have people who day in and day out praise them. And then the youth feel they so important. But they are mere empty heads…when we have spent millions to educate and train them. Some have gone to Israel to become specialists, but you Rwandans become too proud to work, even when investments come here…When I had my ministers say these things, I asked them if they sat with these youth and tell them what they don’t want to hear. The ministers did not — but for me I want to met these people. At least I will abuse them and tell them they are sons of the bitches. What can you do to such people? It is not a few, it is not ten, it is a whole lot of them. They don’t want to work. These are the ones who complete their studies and go to make noise on the streets that there no jobs in the country. That government has refused to give them jobs. But the government spent money to train them but they not want to work in rural areas. And then you go and make noise on the streets? Spreading malicious rumours that there are no jobs in the country. The mentality of Rwandan youth is sickening. You have youth like this, and then you have leaders who live this sickness and accept it as business as usual. These leaders do not dare tell the youth the truth. We invested in these people. And then the complete their studies and become arrogant…You leaders of all types, and even parents, are part of the problem….
Like Trump, Kagame believes he is the only upright person in his homeland. Leaders, parents are all useless. The youth are sons of the bitches. What next?
